Yea, there’s no question not making money on it helps, but the allegations in the press release were all about how they failed to add KYC to the immutable smart contract after it had already been deployed 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️

I get that not making money helps, but it only helps on the prosecutorial discretion angle and makes it a more clear case, it’s not clear to me that they’re trying to make a legal distinction.
