❤ Boltz 🙏 Sorry if silly question, but how are there more peers than channels? Seems like there should just be one peer per channel.

Not a silly question at all because that's exactly how it should be. But we got some products out there (like boltz-client) that autoconnect to us on the p2p layer, e.g. in anticipation of a channel.
