Ah yes, "they have a nuclear program, imagine what they could do!" I could understand going after governments. That's not practical but there is perhaps an ethical argument to be made that's not immediately obviously wrong. But despite saying they are only targeting the government regimes, they are NOT. They are killing civilians!!
