Does it work well for you to freeze pumpkin?

We have a lot of pesto from the summer in the freezer.

Would be glad if you have some ideas how to preserve pumpkin.

I cooked pumpkin soup (with cream, potatoe and broth inside) and then freez it. It works pretty well - I do it already for 3 years in row.

Unfortunately I do not have any other idea what to do with pumpkin. 🤔

At least you can preserve them in glasses with classic recepies.
