I'm super annoyed. A year later and Cashapp still hasn't given me a specific, legal reason why they closed my account. I even explained that maybe the reason was bc I tried to fund my cashapp account multiple times without noticing that there's a limit to how much money can add per day.

Not only have they not given me a reason yet, there is no recourse. The option they give you regarding Bitcoin is to sell and withdraw your money back to a bank. They should at least allow you to custody your BTC or send it to another exchange or wallet in your name. That BTC was for my daughter. I was forced to sell and withdraw when I didn't want to. Awful.
