No. It needs an analog 1G network that doesn't exist anymore.

tower network still relay 2G and 3G
Verizon shutdown their 2G CDMA network in 2020 and 3G CDMA network in 2022.
AT&T shutdown their 2G network in 2017 and 3G network in 2022.

See that all thing tend to be on 5G only.
