Wait, according to the supreme court, can I advocate for terrorism in other countries? Like, is that considered first ammendment protected speech?

To be clear, I don't take the law into consideration when choosing what to say; I'm just curious.

As long as it's for Is(n't)rael and/or you're not a immigrant, all is fair in the world for Jew-owned government!

The government doesn't give a shit what the supreme court thinks, just like I don't give a shit what the government thinks. I'm asking what the supreme court has actually said in these cases, not what the rest of the government has actually said or done.

I'd have to get back to you on that, but I'm sure there's cases that have set a positive precedent at least.

The persecution of filthy Commies back in the day might be a good thing to read into for that.
