My main concern would be making sure you get the same warranty coverage as a new unit and ideally at a discount.
Price would probably be half of the new in box price & not sure about a warranty… I doubt i.

Obviously I don't know all the details, but I don't trust companies that won't stand behind their products. Demand the warranty even if you have to pay a little more.
