It's either done in a few years time or it won't be done...and like you I doubt t it gets done. But I in no way believe the USA can formulate a collective multi decade plan. No chance at all right now.

I hope Trump succeeds. The globe needs a reset, but punching everyone in the face and asking for a new peace alliance is well an odd approach!
