As an effect, all national transaction were moved to the slower, older system known as GIRO. for some reason even GIRO was down, so my transaction was stuck in a limbo. and today is a public holiday in some states so my transaction will be stuck for yet anotjet day.

and you complain that bitcoin transaction is slow.
