Instead of buy a cut Christmas tree I bought I small potted Christmas tree in hopes to grow it over the years and continually use it year after year… we shall see how this goes…

I am considering planting around 50 to create a windbreak on my property. Have to decide on species bc red cedar grow well hear but don't make the best Christmas trees.

Don’t forget to query how to protect the species you choose from deer. The deer were happy to make dinner of my uncle’s pine plantings one year.
