If someone collect 20k bitcoins and die without sharing seeds, then no one can touch them and become useless?
Would also have to hide identity and/or keep the keys memorized, deleted from all hardware
With the world knowing this guy had 20k bitcoins, his heirs could get his hardware hacked to find any keys stored
