Right on. My brother has been a devout follower of JK for 6+ years and he is a huge fan/advocate of his approach to health. He likes to tell me "get your skin in the game!"
It just makes way more sense that my connection to sunlight (or lack thereof) is a critically important factor that needs to be addressed alongside diet. And then it goes really deep into first principles, geographic factors, a lot of other things that I didn’t realize were all contributing to overall health.
