lawful rebellion is an oximoron and cant really exists. Its a rebellion and an anti-oppressor (and so anti-oppressor-laws) set of actions, or is statalist complacency.
Civil rebellion can exist, and its defined by anti-oppressor actions that tend to be non-violent.
Lawful means in compliance with Law
Civil government can be in rebellion against Law and this means rebelling against civil government would be Lawful Rebellion
most governments are in rebellion against Law, these days, all of them are so corrupt i can't even
just check the differences between the meaning of Civil and Lawful
one means polite and nonviolent, and mostly just means not military or martial
the other means obedient to the law
