This should not be funny. But it is.

I think that practice began sometime between 2010-2015. One of my neighbors is in vehicle recovery. He's been shot at a few times. The stories.

I should clarify.

Not funny for the family that needs a car to get to work and public transport doesn't work.

Funny for the dude that just wanted a nice car to pick up chics on the Blvd.
