been working remotely for almost 10 years now and couldn't be happier. i have an environment at home i use just for working.

i think for me the mental switch between home and work is rather difficult

also i tend to like the social aspect of work. maybe a hybrid version is for me

do you have a separate office that you use and only keep it for work?

I have the optionality for hybrid and almost never work from home. Although the days I do are VERY appreciated.
