The divorce statistics I was reading yesterday measured this by level of education completed. Women who have completed at least a bachelor’s degree are less likely to get divorced.
Sorry my reading comprehension lagged. Divorce rate is higher of highly intelligent women from men of lesser intelligence. How was that measured?
I’m also interested. I can find studies indicating higher IQ women are less likely to get married, but nothing on divorce after the fact.
I may be misremembering, but I seem to recall poorer marital rates, and whether that means more divorce or less marriage I'm no longer sure. I'll see if I can find the article or whatever.
The statistics I was reading yesterday there were multiple categories that had lower marital rates that also coincided with lower divorce rates, women who had completed at least bachelors degree was one of those groups.
