I saw this. I also saw the shooting from different angles, though.

What my thought jumped to, and I've seen others use the same explanation, is that newer phones use AI for "image correction/enhancement". If so it could be a relic of AI enhancement error.

I don't know that for sure though.

I have the original video from that angle and it's from much further away. It's probably an artifact from zooming/enhancing.

When the round hit his body armor it ricochet through his carotid artery. I don't think that's an actual switch to fake a bleed. I didn't agree with Charlie on everything, but I do believe his Christian faith & fight for freedom was genuine.
