If you pay with debit card (and not checking acct) you can pay with bitcoin by buying VISA debit cards from #[4]

Don’t think there are limits on total amount of cards purchased. Just the $1000 limit per card.

The worst are mandated utilities where the account fee is huge. My water bill is 2x this just for admin costs. And can't shut off water and sewage or else condemned as nonhabitable
