We started buying ours from the local produce farm market. Only a day or so old compared to 30-60days old at the grocery stores. Considering a few chickens here at home for next year. 🐓 🥚

Didn’t know about that. I usually get free range or pasteurised eggs from my local supermarket

Ya, by the time the eggs get to your local grocery stores it’s between 30-60 days old. They’ve lost most of the nutrients in that time frame and don’t taste good at all compared to farm fresh 1-2 day old eggs.
