That doesn't look like Bolt. It's an already good standard that is more secure and allows limits per TX and per day etc. It's a nice attempt, but would love to see bolt card support.

I've played with Bolt a bit and yeah it's great but it requires the merchant to have a reader and the customers to have cards whereas this works with people's phones that they have already.
