Yep.. not to mention, these guys sit under a bridge all day drinking and smoking, they are gonna have health issues and go to the ER, use our health system resources and never pay a dime. Tax payers always get hit with the bill.

And i say that because a few years ago it was not like this. We had homeless but now its like you said its way out of hand
