I haven’t mentioned it much so worth a repeat: On this website’s spreadsheets page you will also find free #bitcoin related spreadsheets for calculating sha256, ECDSA secp256k1 (public keys, use the smaller binary spreadsheet I just made), bech32, and a few others including an actual bitcoin mining spreadsheet that works.

None have macros or array formulas to keep things transparent

man that needs a weld or something at the top, I can see someone spilling their entropy all over the place with this. I like it as an offline seed generator like dice, but I would NOT leave my only copy of my key in something so delicate a 3 year old could spill it out and poof. Am I missing something?

That’s why when you have set your final GENESIS key you put it away/lock it in with some method (weld, loctite, jbweld, etc.)

And you are exactly right about backups—you always should have backups, like any other system that generates a new key (paper, Trezor, etc.)
