What kind of meditation are you into? I did a bit of reading about Transcendental Meditation awhile back, but I’ve yet to put anything into practice or created a meditation habit.

I practice what is known as surat Shabd yoga. I have a teacher who taught me the practice. Its intention is self realization and God realization.

Meditation on the inner light and sound.

TM is a good practice. Should definitely keep practicing brother.
