I am hughe fan of tiny modular houses and containers. Thanks for the tip, these capsules are really stylish. If only the building materials were quality… 
Some I had seen said they were rated to hold up in a major earth quake. But yeah I don’t know what to believe.
However I’ll continue to be watching that space
