I gotta up my game! I went to physical therapy for an issue and they said I was doing push-ups slightly wrong. I have too much curve in my lower back.

So I'm still trying to retrain myself by doing slightly easier inclined push-ups until I can correct my form.

I think going slow enough that we can listen to our bodies when something is slightly off is key. A few good slow reps is the priority is what a friend told me. I hope your back feels strong soon!
