I've wondered about this myself. It would seem to be in the interest of other countries (especially China and Russia) to see the U.S.A. divided, and thus likely weakened militarily. Yet even as an American, I feel it is my interest as well to see this nation have a new birth of liberty. Make America States Again.
As for the Great Resetters, I've heard a goal of theirs is to disarm Americans, and to do that they might try to precipitate some kind of crisis (like a civil war or other event bringing on martial law) that would facilitate that.
I just happened to read this, too:
"This invasion [of illegal immigrants, which is leading some to call for a national divorce] is designed to overwhelm the system, segment the country and create division and chaos, as well as a disidentification with the idea of being American. This makes it easier to submit the population to global tyranny."

So yes, that could help the plans of the Great Resetters, unless Americans can instead steer the crisis towards the next step on the path to greater liberty, and away from the alternative...
It's intentional cultural dilution--their "counter-hegemony." I'm all for immigration if it means assimilation to the politics of the DOI and the bill of rights. We short circuit this plan by, perhaps, welcoming them, "evangelizing" them to liberty and liberty tech.
Helps puts a larger emphasis on division but if the break up occurs and is successful there may be a sliver that doesn't participate. However people thirst for power and will probably capitulate anyways to improve their station
