I have a friend who shares his podcast episodes weekly. He started tagging people 2-3 max per note, under the article. Works well so far

I don't have the setting to do that toggled, but yeah probably. I like how BareSounds replies to original post with a handful of tags each. It's also best for replies to OP, since they won't tag the rest

I think this is different from the setting for notifications. I think this was there before. But not 100% sure. Let’s see what Elsat says
