Mayo is like this too, just because it says it made with olive oil doesn't mean it isn't ALSO made with canola or soybean oil. It's quite deceptive. Making it homemade with animal fats is surprisingly easy.

Canāt go wrong if you stick to meat, fruit veggies, nuts, real organic whole grains a bit of dairy, spices and natural fats. If you need a bit of sugar use real maple syrup or honey. Purists will say only eat ribeye, but if you need some variety, the diet above provides it and youāll be healthier than 99% of people.
