I would say a limitation on one category is not a constraint on another.
You may think above your words.
You may act below your thoughts.
Freedom is possible even with wants; you are not limited to one domain of action.
Freedom is accesing infinity while confining it to one form of action. Be it thought (4d), word (3d), or physics (2d).
Freedom is limited when lower orders of action dictate the higher. Freedom is infinite in the reverse.
