Why the hell would anyone start/own a business if there was no profits in it?

Not true, the federal and state governments do not set tuition.
Capitalist companies will always seek to raise profits. If you remove profits, everyone still gets paid…just not shareholders or those not providing proof of work.
So you would sign on to a healthcare system where you choose your kind of coverage and what “pool” or “group” you are in?

So they can make living and be compensated for their work.
Why would anybody want to work hard just so someone(s) can steal their wages to make themselves rich?
Someone takes all the risk and just gives up all the reward? That doesn’t make sense.
Well, they succeeded and were compensated, especially if they have more work than they can handle by themselves and need to find help.
Then, once they find someone and tell them “Hey, I CANT do all this work myself, will you help?” The risk is now shared by that helper BECAUSE they need compensation to live as well.
Makes perfect sense if you step outside what you WANT to be true. I was once in your exact same mindset.
Just think “Proof of Work”, why was that so important to Satoshi?
By the way, I ran a company where “profits” went back to those I worked with. It can happen friend, I’m not asking…I did it.
