Demagogue Biden and unethical Sotomayor

The most unethical Supreme Court justice is, by far, Sotomayor.  Yet, Biden quotes her truly stupid and ignorant dissent in the immunity case -- that is, he cites the most unethical justice to make his absurd argument for amending the Constitution to change the immunity decision.
