The Australian was barred from launching or threatening further legal action related to Bitcoin by a court order in June, but lawyers for Copa told a hearing on Wednesday he issued a claim worth more than £900 billion over intellectual property rights related to Bitcoin in October, which constituted contempt of court.

Why isn't he in jail yet lol
My understanding is this contempt is only because of his $1T champagne case he attempted to bring against Bitcoin Core recently, not the original contempt in the COPA trial.
I also understand he is in Asia somewhere, but has been doxxed by geotaggers who managed to identify his location from a photo he posted, although that was a few months ago.
Also, they believe he won't return to the UK to serve his sentence and there probably won't be a serious extradition attempt, so he will no longer be able to return to the UK, or even Australia as he is wanted there for tax fraud.
