If user self hosts LN address and node, you anyway can decode node pubkey from invoice, it’s just extra steps.

I personally do not mind if people know my ln node. I would like this for an easy way for people to open channels to me. I think there is an lnurl spec for this ?

Yeah maybe just exposing a lnurl channel would be better, that way it is only exposing the people that could actually open a channel
