How does content discovery work in satcom?

1. I go to a page and see comments from everyone or comments from just people I follow?

2. Do I have to go to a page in order to see comments? Or is there also an activity feed where I can see what people I follow are commenting on?

Right now it appears there is no discovery, or at least I can’t see it.

Notes appear to be tied to a specific website. For instance see notes specific to ecb.europa.eu
