Unfortunately newcomers to the space do not have a clear understanding of what is going on, and they are always the most vulnerable to them.
Shitcoins always attract the wrong kind of people for all the wrong reasons, and usually, it ia the inexperienced newcomers who have unrealistic expectations who get burned.
Unfortunately there will always be some idiot somewhere shilling shitcoins to inexperienced players.
You argument makes sense when ot regards to #nostr as most of the people here are incredibly educated, but it can't be said the same for other centralised social media platforms
