Do you have to run your own node for ocean payout though? You can't do it to a custodial wallet?
Actually, I thought I could do it with Phoenix, but ocean requires a description with the invoice. In Phoenix, it seems you can add a description to a regular lightning invoice but not a bolt12 invoice. Unless I'm mistaken.
I wish I could be of more help but I'm unfamiliar with Phoenix and Ocean. I only know of them.
