Just a guess but most likely scenario is it can't find a path. Is the bolt12 node well connected? Maybe it lost a big channel? Does it have enough inbound liquidity to support the expected payout?

I am having issues with my bolt-12 payout. I received the first payout but no payouts since. I have had 3 more earnings since but none of those were sent. Any suggestions as to what I might be doing wrong?

I appreciate the questions. This is a well known custodial wallet. So I’m guessing the channel issues is less likely a cause.
Let’s say though they were having a channel issue. Would my solution be to create a new bolt-12 event or if I wait is it going to try the lightning payment again later?
