I'm not sure what that looks like in your situation, I live in a jurisdiction where it still works. I have seen a few people talking about moving sats to Zeus or Mutiny wallets, but it's an expensive transfer apparently. You might have to do some research. If you run an iPhone turn off auto updates and you should have some time to find an alternative solution that suits you.
