"Hey, fellow comrades and hardworking professionals like us, let's unite and show those capitalist bosses what we are capable of! They're sucking up all our hard-earned sweat and degrading us. This capitalist system is just deplorable.

This is something that my Santa Caul-loving friends often talk about, and it inspired me to write this.

From what we've learned in our textbooks, labor is one of the four factors of production, and that's correct. However, if we look deeper into the buyer-seller relationship, we'll see that labor is also a kind of commodity owned by an individual. You can offer this commodity to others in the form of hiring them for work.

The greatness of the commodity "labor" lies in its ability to add value to itself. If the individual uses it correctly, it can bring in experiences and expertise. If the individual uses it to seek knowledge and explore new areas, the results may multiply.

Three factors that will increase the value of labor in a free market are:

Working more - Selling more products means earning more money.

Enhancing one's abilities - Higher-quality products mean customers are willing to pay more.

And one crucial factor is:

Employers - When demand increases but supply remains the same, product prices naturally rise.

But wait... these capitalist employers who exploit our beloved comrades, how can they make our lives better?

...Until the next time, Plebs...
