Constitutions and human rights are boxed and constricted inside a much larger jurisdiction which is UCC the maritime law, the universal code for commerce. Which is not even taught in law school.
Understand this and you shall have a key to use the state in your favour always and prevent tyranny.
That is why people is treated like cattle, because we all sign contract saying so and agree to act like one during interactions with any force of the state. (The state is actually a corporation doing business, the "democratic" president is the CEO and it works for the World Bank. This is so for all countries except five)
This knowledge, when internalised, works in so so many levels. From physical realms to non physical realms. It permeates your whole life.
This knowledge transforms because is like getting rid of a curse that was laid upon you from birth. It lifts a heavy weight of opression and cohesion.
