This shouldn’t be usual (but it is!). #Nostr clients shouldn’t ask for private keys in my opinion. We should recommend users to use nos2x or alby extensions and devs should implement NIP-07 (`window.nostr` capability for web browsers) in their clients. Also we should develop a Nostr signer mobile app.

If you tell me « How do I create a private key then (=signup) », look a the actual web3 websites. They never offer you to generate an Ethereum address. They only allow you to connect your (already made before wallet).
