I've been #carnivore almost two weeks and the biggest issue so far has been mild indigestion, especially at bedtime. The suggestion to drink less around meal times has helped (water dilutes stomach acid, impairing digestion), but I find it hard to remember to drink more between meals to compensate. Making this a habit will probably take another week or two.

I think you will adjust. I had bad GERD when I was eating plants but it resolved completely when I went carnivore. Takes a while to adapt typically. In some cases it can take people 2 years to fully fat adapt.

It will be your fat digestion enzymes etc ramping up, it will pass. Could try eating less fat or spreading out out across smaller meals if its too bothersome.
