the high police caste, you mean? don’t get me wrong, I usually hate cops, but most of them (here in brazil, at least) are just poor bastards who had no other choice but become a cop (military cop, which is worse) and will end up dying on favelas. the real issue, as I see, are politicians and billionaires. but I got your point, I was already arrested like… five times? and they way they treated me… a white middle class male, journalist, lawyer, whatever. I can only imagine what they do with black poor people. that’s their role, though, the role given by the ones in power.
