I removed the email field from the nsecbunker's default create_account template

I added it as just an example that account providers could do other stuff on their backend but some got confused that there was any kind of tie between this and email

FUCK EMAIL, RFC821 WAS INCREDIBLY NAIVE AND BUILT FOR A DIFFERENT INTERNET THAN THE ONE WE HAVE TODAY.
