Instead of TELLING us (or even “just” suggesting) how we should speak to “divergent” individuals, try simply MODELING what positive interactions look like and leave the rest to us.

We’re all “divergent”, and most of us don’t care to be “explained” to, even by well meaning “saviors”. 💜
