I have all the key signers ... Just confused by the word "browser" ... I thought this was a new Nostr device or tool ... I'm also still half asleep and not registering thoughts

Browser refers to web browser, like chrome or safari :)

Haha I know. I literally was excited that maybe Nostr had its own browser or something..I just woke up and that is where my mind went

Hey Sarah, nostr does have its own web browser: Spring Browser (Android). https://github.com/nostrband/nostr-universe
