Billionaires, large corporations/industry and government is the same thing.

Rich people and successful companies are incentivized to corrupt and influence government for their benefit.

And if they don't use their resources to influence the government, other people will use the government against them.

Humans are bias and corruptible. If a system can be corrupted/exploited by humans, it will be. All governments over time are infiltrated by the rich and powerful.
