I planted 10 pecan trees and 25 serviceberry bushes, fenced an additional paddock for the cattle, and processed 7 rabbits today. Then cooked homegrown steaks on the charcoal grill. I'm a wee bit tired!

Awesome! I miss having pecan trees. At my old place i had a yard full of them, but here i cannot grow a single one, and i've tried many varieties. Maybe my soil is too acidic.
What is a serviceberry?
They produce berries similar to blueberries.
