Have you read the entire Bible cover to cover?

What is this, amateur hour? Gotta read 17 bibles in a row so you can remember clearly enough to notice any differences and be sure the first 16 bibles aren't just fakes sent by the devil to confuse you
With all do respect to everyone on this thread. I respect all of your opinions and I enjoy the banter.
However, idk how you can profess to be a Christian and discredit Paul as a Roman agent. He wrote more books than anyone else in the Bible and third by volume (behind Moses and Luke).
I also don’t see how you can read the Bible in its totality and not see Gods word present in Paul’s Epistles. They’re all very well written and don’t signify anything nefarious.
If you guys have evidence otherwise I’d be happy to hear it.
Asserting God's word in the Bible appears to also assert that God's word is not present in everyday experience. Am I correct in thinking this?
If so, then I can say unequivocally that you're mistaken. The Word is not the Bible. The bible emerges from the Word, same as everything else. The Bible should not be made into an idol. Neither should your idea of Christianity. Neither should God.
Probably. Its hard to say. Its not one book, and I address specific parts as issues arise. I certainly don't give much attention to the boring genealogies. Have you read **_any_** of the noncsnonical gospels? Or, if you're asserting that Nero was the beast, then you're making an argument based on Hebrew numerology - do you understand their numerology, and can you verify the argument? I won't claim to have it memorized (ironic word, but you'd have to have done the work to know), but I've done enough to know that Nero isn't the beast. I know who the beast is. I can prove it. But I won't, because it's occulted for a reason.
I’m on my second run through the Bible. I’ll be done with it by the end of the year (minus the deuterocanonical books. It’s a valuable exercise.
Nero might not have been the beast referenced in the Bible. It’s a theory. I should have said that from the start. It doesn’t take away from the fact that Paul was jailed and beheaded by Nero.
I’d be very interested to hear who/what you think the beast is.
This is the program I follow. I don’t agree 100% with the hosts theology, but overall it’s very well done.
If you're interested, the information is available. Out of respect, I will not say more. I tend to say too much, and I need to stop that.
